Team Roles
gate staffing, information booth guidance, lost-and-found coordination, and walking the fairground loop to spread warm, positive vibes.
Requirements: Age 21+, friendly demeanor
Monitoring zero-waste sorting bins (compost, recycle, landfill), performing loop litter checks, and preserving the forest floor.
Requirements: Passion for recycling
Campground ticket checking, monitoring designated campfire pits, and helping campers at the forest loops.
Requirements: Reliable, willing to camp on-site
Assisting stage directors with performer gear load-ins, guarding backstage perimeters, and checking performer parking permits.
Requirements: Ability to lift equipment

Help trim trails, clear stage circles, and put up signs. Meet at the Main Gate. Bring work gloves!
Monday, July 6, 2026 at 9:00 AM
Stage breakdown, loop cleaning, and recycle sorting. Free pizza lunch provided for all helpers.
